Partner Awareness: Prior to my joining Percona, they had ZERO partner presence at our Open Source conference.  Formerly the MySQL conference and re branded as Percona Live is a large open source community event.    I pressed and overcame a few rounds of internal barriers to raise awareness of the work we were doing with strategic and resell partners.  (Note:  AWS awarded strategic partner of the year) https://www.percona.com/blog/percona-honors-top-partners-at-percona-live-2022/
